Hate pushy salespeople
FH and I were at the Deer Park outlets yesterday, and we had some time to kill before we went to see Bridesmaids. We decided to go to the jewelry store, thinking it would be cheap since its the outlets, just to browse wedding bands. Boy were we wrong.
Everything was way marked up, and when we walked by the engagement rings FH was like 'wow none of these have good clarity' LOL he says 'this is what my life has come to'
Anyway, the lady was really pushy, I told her we were just browsing, and she insisted I try a few on, then gave me a price when I didn't even ask for one- and when I said I wasn't ready to commit she said 'I think we can do better than this price' and at that point we were ready to run out.
I ended up asking for a price on these tiny diamond studs for my 3 year old nieces (FGs) and she tried pushing me on these 1/4 carat studs for them saying 'they'll grow into them' LOL uh yeah I'm sure they will but not without my wallet shrinking! I am not spending $150 on a pair of earrings that my god daughter will most likely lose.
