HATE UNEMPLOYMENT

I hate unemployment, My husband hasnt recieved his checks in over three weeks and we can NEVER get through to ANYONE...We have been calling for 2 weeks!!!!!!!! URRGGGGG sorry i justhad to vent!!!

I have been there. I was constantly put on hold and there hours are like banking hours and you never get through. I think it took about 3 weeks before I got my first unemployement check. IT STINKS!!!!

I started a temp job that may go perm, but i still call into my unemployement and once i am officially full time then i'll stop the unemployement.

I have definatly been in your husbands shoes of how fustrating it is.

Just hang tight, things will work out

It does take a while for the 1st check to arrive. But if it continues I'd go down to Unemployment. And ask them.

What # are you calling?

The 212 # or the 800 #..

The best time to call is 7:55 am...

You will get through quicker that way!!!!

Good luck.

It takes 3 weeks 15 business days to get a check.. If its longer then that CALL!!!!!

actually hes been on for a while, and all of a sudden the checks just stops, they dont tell you why or anything and he hasnt ended his benefit year!! i hate that they dont send you letters!!!!! and i think this new way stinks!!! NEVER A LIVE PERSON!!

Thanks Theresa!!! i used that number and it kept saying due to high call volume call back later.. so i called ALBANY!! and started *****ing and yelling and they connected me to someone!! THANK GOD!!!!
