Have a couple of addressing questions..

When you have two people but they are not married how do you write it? Is it.....

Mr. John Smith & Ms. Marcia Stone

or...

Mr. John Smith
Ms. Marcia Stone

or another way???

Also do you write Farmingdale, NY or
Farmingdale, New York

What do you use if they are divorced, widowed and never married but older...do you use Ms.?

and last one I am suppose to write out Street and Road, right? not rd. and st.

Okay i think that's it. Thanks!

Re: Have a couple of addressing questions..

this is how i did the addressing on my invitations for the eng party---

mr. john smith
ms. marcia stone

for non married couple

write out farmingdale, new york

and road, street, avenue

the widows i sent invite to still go by their married name- so it was mrs. john smith or something like that- that's how my fmil wanted fi's grandmom to be addressed on the invitation.
for unmarried older person- put ms.
for divorced- i guess you have to find out if she went back to her maiden name.

hope this helps.

Do you write it out or can you put Apt.
and do you put the apt # on the line after or before the street address?
