Have a doctors appointment....

Well, my AF arrived on Sunday
So the doctor told me to call when I get my period.
They are conducting an endometroscopy??
I have no clue, the nurse practioner was talking so fast. I have to go on May 25th, and to hve protected sex until then.

ANYONE know what it is, and why it is so far away from my period??

I dont know what it is, but it sounds like they want to do the procedure right before AF comes again next month.

I think this is what they are going to do:


Endometrial Biopsy

A long hollow tube is passed into the woman's uterus late in her menstrual cycle, and a little of the lining is scraped off and examined with a microscope. The examination helps the health care provider tell whether the development of the egg and of the lining are in proper phase with each other. In most cases, the scraping is done in a health care provider's office and because it is only very briefly painful, no anesthetic is used.

This procedure is done after ovulation.
