Have an accepted bid and going to sign contracts on Monday!!

I'm so excited!! We did the house inspection yesterday, and it got a clean bill of health!! Just a few minor things need to be changed, the bedrooms upstairs have paneling (ugh), so that needs to come down, the kitchen is ancient! But very retro cool, they seem to be in good working and clean condition, so will keep this as is for now.....

So what happens now? We sign the contracts, and then how long does it usually take to close? The homeowners have already closed on their new house, so they are looking to get out ASAP.....so sweet and nice too, at the inspection, they had coffee and donuts and we sat around they told us stories of their life in the house (raised 4 kids in it!).....makes you feel all warm and tingly!
