This way I wont think I am crazy alone. Has anyone booked vendors yet?

Booked the SWAN CLUB for my ceremony and reception!

FI and I have finally decided on the Westbury Manor. We are going to book asap!!

I have been to a couple of photographers and searching for a florist. Received good referral from MrsMichel07 about Flower Michele. I made an appt for this weekend.

FI and I have finally decided on the Westbury Manor. We are going to book asap!!

I have been to a couple of photographers and searching for a florist. Received good referral from MrsMichel07 about Flower Michele. I made an appt for this weekend.

O yeah you have to keep me posted. And I would check out Duet or 12th night for photos. Best bang for your buck.

FH and I have also pretty much decided on Westbury Manor as well. We've looked at about 14 different places and none of them were as good in our opinion. We will be booking shortly. Hey Jayla how much did they quote you for 2009? All my quotes are for 2008 because that's when we were originally getting married.

The photographers that I have checked out so far are.
The Velvet Studio
Gray Studios
Twelfth Night ( good prices)

Duet is on my list. They have a studio in NYC (closer to home) Going out to LI this past summer drained me.

Does 12th night do free e-pics if you book? How much of a deposit do you need to leave your photographer?

I'm thinking of using 12th night for photos, Rambling Rose for video and FM entertainment for a DJ. I haven't seen any of them yet but they all gave me good prices. I have to check them out. I guess I have to book my hall first though.

The e-pics are included in the pkg. I think you have to leave 500-1,000?? I will look through my papers for Twelfth night if you need an exact deposit amt. Also, I think the deposit varies depending on photographer.

You are not crazy. I am driving to DC next weekend to meet with a photographer from TX who is in town doing a wedding. I just fell in love with his work. I am also going to Howard's Homecoming. Check out Knottie inlove1121's Bio. I am meeting with her photographer. Let me know what you think.

he requires $500.00 down.

they are really easy and nice to work with .. you girls should check them out!

What happened to CLM?

I loved CLM and I loved the Swan Club from the moment I walked in! But once I decided to do my ROMANCE theme (it's hot enjft I have to show you my ideas ) the Swan Club seemed to be a much better fit. It is a very romantic place. I did tastings at both places in 1 day and the food at both places were great.
