Yet another month's invoice has arrived after numerous calls involving 40 minute wait times on hold, only for the wrong phone number on the account to have it's plan changed while the one I've been calling about since March remains the same!!!

I used to have a MCI plan for my cell phone and their bills were so messed up that I only had to pay for like 6 out of 12 months.....
They're constantly screwing up though
