Have question for those doing hotel baskets..

Okay were did everone find baskets cheap?? I have 8 I have to do and I really don't want to spend $4-5 a piece. That is another $35 I don't want to spend and honestly I can't find ones even that cheap that don't look like cr*p. Anyone have any ideas???? PLEASE!!! I only have 17 more days and I really don't feel like driving all over LI. Thanks.

We skipped baskets (they're too cumbersome for most guests to take with them) and we opted for paper bags with handles (2 / $1 at Micheals)

Since your wedding is in October, why not incorporate that fall theme into your wedding.

How about those really cute pumpkin heads they sell for about .69, or a nice halloween tin, a cornacopea. Utilize what they have on sale and put it with the all the gatherings to make it unique.
