well, it turns out that i have to cancel my place because it only holds about 140-150 and we didn't realize how big the guest list was going to be. i have the following prospects;
the bayview house at captain bills captain bills danfords on the sound giorgio's john anthony's lombardi's on the sounds molly malones sunset harbor west sayville country club bridgeview yaght club cucina bay sans souci
anyone with any info on any of these places would be awesome, or even some price quotes for june/july 06 thanks so much guys! this stinks, i thought i was done with searching

lombardi's on the sounds fantastic and can hold I think up to 250-300
molly malones for wedding?? If you are talking about there upstairs room, I think they can hold like 75. Plus this is a bar.

i was looking in the long island weddings mag. and captain bills and the bayview house are the same grounds, but listed seperately, prices are different too. i am having about 160-170 people, could be more, the list keeps growing. ohh... i didnt know molly malones was a bar.....lol it jsut says beautiful waterfront setting for a wedding, so i thought maybe it was a hall...lol thats funny

i am going to look at chat. la mer too, harbor club is amazing, but my aunt had her wedding there 2 years ago and fh wants a place that no one we know has gotten married at..lol

Sans Souci and Danford's are very small as well. FI and I looked at both places as well. Thought I'd save you the trip. Good Luck!

All I really can help you out with his Lombardi on the Sound..
It can hold up to 250, but that is tight I would say about 220-230 tops..I can give you someprices if youd like

hey..i looked everywhere this past weekend and loved a few places and we decided with chateau la mer. we love it there!!! so i will be a clm bride..yay!!! thanks for everyones concern!!! and i do think everything happens for a reason, because we both love this place so much more and i know we will be happy here. thanks!
