I don't think duvet is known for their food. It's more of a 'scene.' if you need recs for restaurants in NYC, let me know. I live in the city and take lots of clients out to dinner and get to try out some great restaurants.

I went there with a group of girl friends abotu a year ago. We had a balst but the men are lame and looking for ladies. We had fun but it was a girls night out...
I dont think I would have fun there with my FH unless we were with a big group

Bond St. for sushi. one of my faves!

I hear it's a nice place to party but I would be careful. I think I saw something on the news last year about a stabbing or shooting there.

The Little Owl is Uh-MAZING. I sat next to Sarah Jessica Parker and the food is phenomenal. It's hard to get a ressie though.

Balthazar ( took FH there and he was in HEAVEN when we ordered the Seafood Tower)

Raoul's has the best Steak Au Poivre in the city

THere is a great place on Mercer (right south of Houston) called Woo Lee Oak, it is like Korean BBQ... I know it sounds weird... but it is a really hip place, and there is a grill in the middle of your table and you grill your own food, its def very trendy and REALLY GOOD FOOD... as soon as I heard Korean BBQ I was like... ummmmm? But I was there 2 weeks ago, and I have already gone back with my DH...

It is a little pricy... figure about $100-120 for 2 ppl, you can get less b/c we def over ordered and had some drinks... but it was SOOOOOO GOOOD and so much fun!

Little owl has like 7 table in the whole place.....FH knows the owner thats how we got in.

Balthazar is owned by the same guy that owns the restaurant Fh works at......I saw Selma Hayek eating dinner there once.

I love Keith McNally's restaurants! I always have solid meals at Pastis, Schillers and Balthazar. I think that is my 'Trifecta' of favorite restaurants. I haven't tried his new place Morandi yet.

100% NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO DINE.. I HEARD THE FOOD IS NOT GREAT AND OVERRATED... THE HANG OUT AND HAVE SOME DRINKS ,, DEFINATELY,, IT DEPENDS ON WHAT NIGHT YOU GO,, NOT ALL NIGHTS ITS YOUNG PPL.. USUALLY SATURDAYS IS OK,,I HAVENT BEEN THERE IN A WHILE SO I AM NOT SURE IF THE SCENE HAS CHANGED,, BUT I WOULDNT WASTE MY MONEY ON FOOD AT DUVET
