HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DRESS?

Hi, everybody...

I posted about this yesterday and received a lot of helpful ideas...unfortunately, I am still stuck!

I saw this picture in a magazine...I am totally in love with this dress and NEED to try it on. I have called every single bridal salon on the manufacturer's website and not one store has it in stock (which I find a little fishy)...

So please, if you saw/tried on/bought this dress, please, please let me know...the dress is Madison by Maggie Sottero.

That is a gorgeous dress. Sorry I can't help with finding it though. That is kind of fishy! Maybe contact Maggie Sottero directly to ask... or try going to a trunk show.

Call RK Bridal in the City. I don't have the number on hand. I found a maggie sottero dress there and I loved it! Very reasonable prices. I heard the service is crappy but the lady who helped me was very nice. I probably won't do my alterations there. If you go, go early in the morning and possibly on the weekday. Also, check out bridesave.com Not sure if anyone order online before.

Call RK Bridal in NYC. They have a HUGE selection and were the most local store to me in Nassau to have my dress in stock! No one on LI even had it!
Otherwise, definitely contact the manufacturer directly. Good luck!

Have you tried RK Bridal? I'm not sure if they have a sample there...but that's where I tried on my Maggie Sottero dress.

Call them and ask them before you go there...they will also give you the price over the phone.

Sorry...I only went to 2 stores for dresses so far!

Hi,

Thanks for the compliments on the dress. I'd just love to see it in person and that is the problem. Every place I have called (RK Bridal and everyone else included) says they can order it for purchase but they do NOT have a sample for me to see.

I love the dress for the detailed beadwork-- but i refuse to order it without seeing it in person. Getting in touch with the Maggie people seems to be my only option -- I just figured with so many brides on here (and I also posted this on The Knot), that maybe someone saw it or bought it and might be able to steer me in the right direction.

Anyway, thanks for listening to the rant...I appreciate the suggestions. I'll keep y'all posted.

while you should definitely NOT BUY FROM THEM have you called Bridal Suite of Patchogue? 631-475-8900 They had a lot of Maggie Dresses when I went there - BUT DON'T BUY IT THERE!!!

Try macy's in smithhaven mall. They carry alot of maggie dresses

Definitely try Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point. I am pretty sure I saw that dress there. They have a huge selection of Maggie Sottero Dresses. I just love Maggie also!
