No way and I am glad I didn't. All he knew was that it was ivory. He tried guessing a few times and he was always sooo off. The expression and feeling when he first saw me in my dress was priceless. He too feels it was worth it (not knowing). I didn't even show him pictures of dresses I decided against. I would leave pictures of hideous dresses out on the table too to throw him off! He loved his surprise!

FH wants to know NOTHING about what my dress looks like-he wants a total suprise. He does know it's strapless and has sapphires on it since I got a matching necklace for x-mas.

All he knows is that it is ivory, but that is no surprise to him, since he knows that I do not like white.

FH refuses to see it, I tried showing it to him but he wants no part of it until the wedding day.

He was surprised and he loved it. He knew it was ivory b/c we had to match everything to it (from the flower girl dress to the icing on the cake!) so we discussed it with vendors. All he heard from everyone was how beautiful it was! (its really such a shame to only wear it once )

I tried to show my husband my dress when we were planning the wedding and he yelled at me
so he didn't see it until our wedding day.

YEP the second I got home from picking it out!!!!! I'm terrible, I know It is now at my cousins b/c FH won't go there and no one trusts me with it anywhere else

Nope. He's heard me describe it to other people though, although I doubt he knows what terms like 'tip of the shoulder', 'aline', 'diamond white' etc. mean!

NO WAY!!! It is going to be a complete surprise. He doesn't really ask though, so it's not too hard. I haven't even shown my bridesmaids, just my mom and MOH have seen me in it, and my FMIL has seen a picture, and that's it. Everyone will be surprised!

I probably won't show him, but even if I did I bet he wouldn't be able to pick it out of a line-up the next day. He is so clueless when it comes to stuff like that.
