That is fantasic!! Each day smoke free is a big accomplishment!! ( I stopped counting after a year!!) It's really hard but you can totally do it!!!

OH, twizzlers worked for me in the office...I would just suck on them when i urged and blow pops in the car when i would drive.....

Yeah! Tomorrow is my 3 weeks no smoking! Twizzlers and gum! And straws cut up the size of a cig to chew on.. I feel your pain... i want one everyday esp after eating.. lol Good Luck!!!!!

For me it was Altoids... no one wants a cigarette when they feel super minty. I went from one extreme to the next... smelling like an ashtray to a mint overload.
