so since october i havent worn anything but scrubs.. excpet like once a week to go out... and today i went to put on some clothes and NOTHING FITS!!! i have gained so much weight that none of my jeans fit... i tried last week and blamed it on my period... well its gone and the chub has stayed... so i cried about it for an hour and now i will FORCE myself to work out! i cant afford the gym so ill just do some stuff around here but how freekin depressing!![]()

I know what you mean!!! I wear scrubs all day and when it was time to go out I could not fit into my jeans. That is why I just started my diet. I lost 5 pounds. Try Slim 6 workout video. It is working for me. Good luck!
