Ack! Victorian lilac, periwinkle, red, blue, pink...YIKES! FH and I both like the color purple, but I was told that victorian lilac may not look good in everyones skin tone. The other colors people tell me are too dark for a summer wedding. I have not been digging the peri lately, I don't know why. help!

Is there a theme that you want to have for your wedding? that could help narrow it down, or certain flowers that you love ?
Darker colors provide better contrast in pictures, while lighter colors are more summery.
Ask brides to post pics of their wedding parties colors. Then you could see how they look on actual people.
