Having big issues with the dress shop
So i ordered my wedding dress, the BM dress, MOB dress and MOG dress all at teh same shop. The women who has been helping me has been a doll. The people who own the place though are not so nice. So my dress and the BM dresses come in and thank god they are good. My mom's dress was another story. She tried the sample in black and ordered the dress in silver, whne it came in it was elephant grey...she was soo upset and hated it, so i choose to buy her another dress. Mind you the place would not give her a discount or her $$ back, so she ahd to still buy the otehr dress! Then i bring my future MIL there (stupid me) for i forgot they are sort of pricey. So she finds a dress she likes for $400, then they tell her they have to charge her an additional $100 b./c shes plus sized, then they call her 3 days later and tell her they are charging her an additional $50 b/c they have to rush order it (i have around 2 months till the wedding) as she is ordering late and they need the dress in, in less then 10 weeks. Now if you do the math we ordered it exactly 10 weeks before my date! I am so mad, b/c now my MIL is having to spend $600 on a dress, she never even treid on! (they didnt have a sample in her size). Should ic all the place and complain and see what can be done? I just feel like i gave them soo much business and I'm pissed. Plus they want to charge her an arm and leg for alterations (i am having her go to who i am using as they are more reasonable). Sorry its so long...but need some advice
