Having 'buyers remorse' ...

Having 'buyers remorse' ...

So I hope I do not overthink every process of this experience, but on Friday we booked our photographer/videographer. I am ELATED withour photographer. Feel like we certainly made the right choice. Their photos are breathtaking and they are a pretty popular group.

However, we booked the videographer from them as well because it was a great value for both. But now ... I am having second thoughts and dont know if I should see if I could get out of the contract for the videographer and go with someone else. I know it will be more money to go seperate but I am freaking out! Their videos arent horrible, just not as cinema-like as others.

What to do, what to do! FM me if you want to know who I am using. I dont want to write all over the boards about my concern

I guess it doesnt hurt to check out videographers - we didnt book our video through our photog for lots of reasons and we found a great deal and are super happy w/ our decision.

If you aren't wild about their videos and are looking for a certain style then i would look further. You spend too much money on this stuff you dont want to be unhappy in the end. I find it hard to be happy w/ something when going into it I already have a not so positive opinion of it.

is it 12th Night? I did a combine photo/video package as well w. my photog and also feel similar. The only difference is that I wasn't planning to get a Videographer at all for our wedding but then I noticed most LIWers who didn't get a video guy regretted it later.

We ended up adding the Video package to our photography package for a very low price. I'd say talk to your video guy about your concerns and how you specifically want it to be more of a
cinematographic' style and they should be able to incorporate that.
