When I bought the stamps for my Save the Dates, I bought the wedding set of stamps that comes with the .39 cent and .63 cent stamps. Figuring that I would use the .39 for the regular invite RSVPs. So I only used the .63 cent stamps and I have enough .39 cent stamps left over for the RSVPs...
Well... I go to the post office yesterday to get .63 cent stamps, and the lady told me, they only come in the combo of the two... So I told her I didn't need the .39 cent stamps, so she told me that they are ONLY sold TOGETHER....!!! I don't need 100 .39 cent stamps... What do I do?????
My only other choice of a .63 cent stamp is a mountain....

Could you buy the .39 stamps with the /63 and use them for your thank you's? That's what I did, Gina.

You should be able to buy them separate, don't they come in pack of 20?
If one post office gives you hard time, try a differnet one, or you can also get them online...
You could just buy a different kind of 39 cents rsvp stamp.
Nobody really notices them anyway if they dont match the green 63 cents stamp.
I got the cute romantic Disney 39 cent stamps and they are really pretty!

I think that is true, you can only get them as the combo pack. If you really want those stamps buy the combo. You can use the 39 for either the wedding thanks yous or your shower thanks yous. Maybe even ask who ever is hosting your shower to see if they want to buy them from you the shower invites? HTH

I would get the combo and just use the .39 stamps for other stuff - thank yous, bills, etc. You can never go wrong with 39 cent stamps

Can't go wrong on the 39 cent stamps. I am sure you can find some use for them. Although I did hear that pretty soon they will be RAISING the PRICE of stamps again.

yeah they only sell that in combo packs. there really is no way around it. like others said you can use the .39 for bills or thank yous.

I had a similar problem. I needed 85 pairs of wedding stamps and you can only buy them in multiples of 20. For the extra 5 I s*cked it up and bought the 63 cent stamps with Bryce Canyon on it, and the 39 cent disney stamps for the RSVP. I used those stamps to send the invite to my mom, my sister and my BP.
