My RH said that 10 people fit comfortably at the table. We can go up to 12, but it gets kind of squished. My question is, for my family tables, I either have to make it 2 tables of 12, or make it 3 tables of 8. Which do you think is better????

Hey date twin !!! I'd go for the 3 tables of 8. They will all be near each other and people don't sit at their table the entire time anyway. You have a large room at the 3VI ...why won't they provide you with an oval table that comfortably sits 14 people ? Our wedding is also at a Lessing's facility and that is what they told us to do.

Keeping in mind....they will all go around & socialize anyway. once people are up dancing people never stay in the correct seat.

I would say 3 tables of 8 so that everyone is comfortable...
