Work is just not going my way these days!! I just found out yesterday that I have to travel to Riverhead and Greenport at least once a month for my job!!! I live in Seaford, Riverhead isn't to bac but greenport is 2 hrs, 86 miles from me!!! This is crazy. Am I totally blowing this out of proportion? Would you all be this mad

what do you do for work...I guess that makes the difference...greenport is very far...in traffic , honestly it will take you more then 2 hrs...my cousin lives in southold and in traffic from Lindenhurst it takes us about 3 hrs....I think if its only once a week and you make good money then you have no choice and just get some CD's for your car and enjoy the ride best you can

Well, I live inbetween riverhead and greenport and I travel to Smithtown EVERYDAY. Now, it's not a two hour drive, but it is an hour and change, more on Fridays when there is tons of traffic. BUT on the plus side, I unwind on the ride home. I would be aggravated if I were you, but get some good music and use it as time to just chill out. It will only be as stressful as you allow it to be

I think what stresses me out is that I make ok money not good or great. Gas prices are killing me and all they give us is .30 a mile which is noot enough for what I am spending on gas. Thanks for listening and I will get my CD's ready
