Re: Having trouble.
OMG!! I HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM! I wasted about 20 envelopes before I figured out how to do it.
You have to open the flap as if the entire envelope is laying flat..you're also going to have to change the dimensions of the envelope size on ur comp. program. thats how I did it and it worked! the only problem is that you wont be able to print the return addy label on the flap. Youre going to have to purchase clear addy labels and paste them on..HTH

Re: Having trouble.
Okay let me try this. I dont care about the flaps because Im doing seals with our names and dates. I also have my computer set up to have the return address in the left hand corner. I did change the sizes also.

Re: Having trouble.
But why does the delivery address print so low to the bottom. I can't get it to move up?

Try doing print preview before printing it. Mine was a disaster...I had to go to someone elses printer. I was nearing the envelope limit to destroy when I realized my printer simply sucked. Good luck

Re: Having trouble./Need help
I finally got it I was determined to get it. I just had to figure out how to feed this thing properly through the printer. I have a great printer. I just could not figure out, how to feed through properly. It kept printing backwards.
