Re: HAWAII- 2 ISLANDS
I would guess with airfare (both to/from Hawaii and interisland) and rental cars, for 2 weeks about $6,500 - $7,000 for 2 weeks, depending on which hotels you choose.
Here's a great website to look up and so you have something to compare to:
I wouldn't book through them since my travel agent has ALWAYS been able to beat their prices, but it gives you a high-end estimate of what it would cost and a place to start.

Re: HAWAII- 2 ISLANDS
We are actually doing three islands...Oahu, Maui and Kauai for 13 nights total.
We opted out of paying for a rental car as I am going to book rental cars using my points.
For all of the airfare, and the hotels, we are paying $4,600.
We are staying at the Outrigger Reef on the Beach in Waikiki, Aston Islander on the Beach in Kauai and Kannapali Beach Hotel in Maui.

Re: HAWAII- 2 ISLANDS
The price of mine is $7250. That's for the following:
3 nights Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach 8 nights Grand Hyatt Kauai 10 nights Hyatt Regency Maui inter-island flights rental cars on each island (some people say not to rent a car on Oahu but we did last time we went and will do it again) breakfast Oceanfront rooms
It does not include airfare to/from Hawaii because I'm using FF miles. Airfare for coach from NY to HNL is probably around $800.
Hawaii is definitely one of those places where you can spend a fortune or do it more cheaply. They have hotels to fit every budget. Good luck.

Re: HAWAII- 2 ISLANDS
I booked through someone I know; she used to do full-time travel agent work. Now since she is older, she is doing only a little bit of work.
I can see if she is taking on new clients.
FM if you are interested in me finding out from her.
That price doesn't inlcude a rental car on any of the islands...booking that through my Amex with all of my points.
