Instead of the hyatt in kauai and maui any other hotels would ppl recocomend that arent less expensive

In addition to the Hyatt, I've stayed at the Sheraton Black Rock on Maui, which is also really great. I also stayed at the Marriott on Kauai. There are also tons of condos you can rent that are just as nice as some of the resorts.

we loved the Hanalei colony resort...it is a condo though not a full service hotel
