Hawaii Brides???

Hello ladies

FH and I decided that we really want to go to Hawaii. Each travel agent that we have spoken to so far has given us verrrrrry differnt opinions on where to stay (hotels). We are JUST doing Maui and maybe the big Island bc we are also going to Napa Valley. So just curious as to what hotels you are all staying at. Thank yoU!!!!

DEFINATELY THE WESTIN RESORT AND SPA!!!! The hotel is unbelievable...best one ive ever stayed at. Flamingos, parrots, swans in the open air lobby. Waterfalls with a cave you can walk through, waterfalls in the pool. Waterslide! Huge pool. Beautiful beach. Whalers village right next door so if you dont want to spend a lot on food there is a food court there. All activities are right there. The spa is AWESOME!! Very close to front street in Lahaina. We got upgraded from partial ocean view to Ocean view upon arrival. Here are some pics!! FM me for more info!!!

I second the Westin! I wish we could've stayed there longer! It was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at as well. They have a beautiful bar that faces the water too (and all the stuff she said )

We did the Sheraton in Maui and it was amazing! We had bkfst there everyday (included in our price) and the food was great! The Sheraton is located on the best part of Ka'anapalli beach (as far as I'm concerned) and Black Rock is right there. DH & I walked down the beach one day past all the other resorts and were definitely very happy that we decided on the Sheraton The people were soo nice and helpful too. If you need any info on it please feel free to ask.

We stayed at the Sheraton on Oahu (3 nights) and Maui (5 nights). Everything was great, the location was perfect!

We stopped over in Las Vegas for 4 nights on the way back to NY. We thought it was a good stop to help us get adjusted to the time change.

We're staying at the Four Seasons in Maui. We've been to big island before and the Four Seasons there was gorgeous! Also, I'm forgetting the name...but there was another really nice hotel, but it didn't have any phones or AC or anything...but the hotel was gorgeous and u stayed in a little bungalow type thing. HTH!

We're looking into Hawaii too. I have some books to look through that we got from a friend.
Does anyone have an idea of what it would cost (10-14 days)?

We stayed at the Hyatt in Maui...very nice hotel, nice pool but very pricey---personally didn't think it was worth it. (We stayed in a deluxe partial oceanview--or something like it--too much$$$) but being onKanapali beach near the town of Lahaina was cool...... My friend stayed further south at the Marriott in Wailea---she highly reommends it--much better prices, gorgoeus hotel and great beach.

That really depends on hotels and room categories but you are talking about minimum of $5000 and WAY over.

yeah, my budget for 12 days is about $5000, and that doesn't include meals and activities. you could do it for cheaper if you stay in condos or maybe do a cruise.
