hawaii honeymoon

Hi....need your help ladies.s.

I am planning my honeymoon and we're going to hawaii.. can't decided if we should spend the entire time on one island like Maui..or if we should divide it between different islands.. maybe 4 days in Kaua'i and Oah'u or Big Islands...

Let me know if you've been to any and what your thoughts were.. thanks much.....

It's just up to what kind of HM you want. Personally, I didn't want to fly all that way to only see one island but at the same time I didn't want the stress if packing/unpacking/flying/wasting time at airports & car rentals....a bunch of times. In the end we decided on 2 islands, Maui & Kauai. I am definitely glad we stuck to just 2 cause you really do waste a decent amount of time with all of the above. Plus going to Maui really made me appreciate how awesome Kauai was!! : )
If we ever go back I would spend the whole 2 weeks in Kauai, it was just more of the relaxing low key environment we were looking for.

FH didnt want to island jump so much...but i really wanted to go to Pearl Harbor

This is basically what we did... We landed in Oahu - spent a few days there to see Pearl Harbor and shake off all the traveling. Then we spent the next week in Maui. We didn't want to jump around - we wanted to relax!

We're in the process of booking our HM now.....here's what we're doing........

5 days/4 night on Kauai

Transfer from Kauai to Honolulu

7 day cruise to the islands of Hawaii on Norweigean
