We went to Maui, Kauai, and Ohau. We were extremely lucky because Craig (my husband) has timeshare. We put in for Hawaii when we first got engaged. We got Maui after 1 year and just before our wedding we got Kauai, so we cancelled our previous hotel reservations in Kauai. Here you go:
MAUI:
Haleakala Crater- dormant volcano. Best at sunrise. We used Maui Downhill (1-800-535-bike) They bring you up for sunrise and you bike down with a stop for breakfast midway. 38 miles total. Don't worry, it is all down hill and you are basically holding the brake. Here is the website: www.mauidownhill.com. The price is about $50 cheaper a person if you book ahead online.
Road to Hana- My personal opinion, I would skip this completely. We wasted a whole day. It is WAY to long and you are on a windy road for 74 miles and then you have to drive back the same way you came. PLEASE, don't waste your time!

This is suppose to be amazing, we did not get to do this.
Luau- you must do the authentic Laua of Maui. Check out the link provided. Book in advance so you can get great seats! This is what we did. We had front row seats!!!
Resturants
The Lahaina Fish Company was amazing!! A definite must! (808) 661-3472. Right on the water.
The Rusty Harpoon (808) 661-3123. Great breakfast. They have a Belgian Waffle bar!
KAUAI:
Ohana Helicopters- the have the best safety record around. This is worth ever penny, a once in a lifetime experience. 800-222-6989. It cost $168 per person.
Captain sundown/catamaran Ku'uipo- Sunset cruise of the Na Pali Coast. 808-826-5585.
Massages by the beach- At whatever hotle or resort you are staying at you MUST both get massages together by the beach. THIS WAS HEAVEN!!
Resturant:
Bull Shed Resturant: The most reasonable priced resturant, with the best food. They are known for the best prime rib. I had fillet mignon and craig had prime rib. It cost us $50. The address is: 796 Kuhio Highway in the town Kapaa. 822-3791.
Can not wait to hear about everyone honeymoons! Keep my posted!!
