here is an AWESOME website that talks about the different Luaus you can go to on each of the islands. It tells you how to make reservations and It even has maps to show where on the island it is!
FH and I have decided we are going to go to the Old Lahaini on Maui and we are TOTALLY going to Warren and Annabelles on Maui as well.
We did the Old Lahaina Luau and it was great! We loved it. We were offered free luaus if we sat through a time-share talk and it was tempting since the Old Lahaina one was expensive but we passed and I'm glad we did.
The food wasn't the best but I don't think you really go for the food anyway.

I second the Old Lahaina Luau too... we paid for it and I thought it was worth every penny. The food was okay, but the unlimited drinks made up for it.
