Has anyone stayed at the kauai/maui hyatts? what did you think? is it worth it to spurge on the hyatts and if so, why (in your opinion.?

we LOVED the maui hyatt! great location, great restaurants, loved our room and the pool!

I heard good things about both. My friends have stayed at both. Even though they BOTH are nice, she said the one in Kauai is even NICER!

We are staying at the Hyatt in Maui.. I have heard nothing but great things!!!!

The Hyatt in Kauai is GORGEOUS!!! I was in Hawaii this past November and I almost passed out when I saw the Hyatt. It's big and beautiful and if you book it, I'm sure you will love it!

I will be staying at both the Hyatt Maui and Kauai!!!! Several friends of mine stayed there on their honeymoons and raved about them! Good luck with your plans.

We stayed at teh Hyatt Regency in Kauai on our HM and it was amazing. I loved it so much. One of our favorite moments was when we first arrived. We dropped or things off in the room and went to the lounge for drinks. It was so beautiful. GOD I wish I were there now. We stayed at the Four Seasons in Maui and I kept wishing we were back at the Hyatt in Kauai. You can't go wrong. I can't speak to the Hyatt in Maui but i heard it is nice. Not as spectacular as the Hyatt in Kauai but nice.
More advice. .... If you are going to Maui book the Feast at Lele for your luau experience. This was another highlight of our trip. No doubt it is WORTH the money!!

My friend stayed last year at both Hyatts. She said the one in Maui was really nice and the one in Kauai was amazing. We're planning on staying at the Westin and she said the Westin in Maui was beautiful too.
I wish we were staying at the Hyatt in Kauai!!! A number of people told me basically what was posted on the board, it was the most beautiful place they have ever seen. Everytime I tell someone I'm going to Hawaii they say you have to stay at the Hyatt in Kauai. They are all different people telling me this too, people from work, people who I work with outside my company, friends, friends of friends, family, etc.
