We are flying between islands. I think the ferry and flight are about the same price and the ferry takes much longer.

we're flying on hawaiian airlines. flights are pretty cheap. we're going oahu to big island, big island to maui, maui to oahu for $220 each.

We flew in the past and will be flying again for the HM. There is a new ferry that provides service but it's very controversial over there.

I would fly, that's what FH and I did last summer. You can usually get the flights pretty cheap and they are only about an hour long.

We are going to Kauai first then flying to Maui. Our travel agent told us it would be a little less than an hour and the ferry takes 5 hours

Hawaiin Air.

Hawaii's own airline. They used to have two but Aloha closed.

Hawaiin Air

If its like it used to be its also a fun experience. The stewardesses are in tropical dresses and they give everyone Hawaiin guava juice or passion fruit juice. But I haven't been on it in a few years.
