Hawaii Tours?

Does anyone have information on the tours you did or have booked in Hawaii? Good/bad and the ok? Price (was it worth the $$$$). Is it better to book in advance with TA or book when you get to the Islands? Any help?

Pearl Harbor-Arizona Memorial City Tour

Maui
Old Lahaina Luau
Haleakala Sunrise Tour

Kauai
Kayak & Hidden Valley Falls Hike

Maui - I think
Road to Hanna?

Old Lahaina Luau was good but $$$$. I think it was almost $200 for DH & I. I liked it a lot though. The Road to Hanna isn't as scary (IMO) as others say. I'd do it -- rent a convertable if you can. Right before you get to Hana, there's a bunch of little shops on the left-hand side of the road. Stop and try the food! Yum!
