Hey girls I am starting to lookup honeymoon stuff and Im wondering, should I use one or not?? I have never used one for any of our trips before so Im not sure? Also advice on where to stay on the big island and Maui. We are thinking of 9 days. We saw an all inclusive package including 3 islands but Im not sure what we are going to end up doing yet. Thanks!!

Re: Hawaii--travel agent or not?
we used a TA for our Hawaiian HM
we went to Kauai and Maui on Kauai we stayed at the Marriott in Lihue (i highly recommend that hotel if u're going to kauai)
on maui, we stayed at the sheraton. i dont recommend staying there. the only upside was that our room had a beautiful ocean view.
if u're going to do 3 islands, u'll need more than 9 days.

Re: Hawaii--travel agent or not?
Thanks so much for the input...We are thinking of doing the big island and Maui but im not 100% sure yet...I am just starting to look around.
I don't usually use TAs when I travel, but for this trip I did. I wasn't able to get the inter-island flights that I wanted and the stop over in Vegas was a FORTUNE. I love my TA, she was great. She worked in my budget and listened to everything that I wanted. FM me if you would like her info.
I 100% think you need to use a TA. It's a really big trip, and expensive, and I think they will have the expertise to guide you in the right directions...plus they have the capabilities of getting deals for you that you can't on your own or through the internet. HTH....I know a great TA if you are interested.
