FH & I (finally) decided to go to Hawaii for our honeymoon.
Our travel agent recommended we split our trip between Kawai and Maui. I would also like to spend a night or 2 in California before heading over to Hawaii and (if possible) a night or 2 in Vegas on the way back.
Any other ideas or suggestions? We were hoping to spend 10 nights in Hawaii

i'm in the process of booking my hawaiian honeymoon as well. we're going to oahu for two nights, kauai for 5 and maui for 5.

We're doing 3 days in San Fran, then a week in Hawaii, then 2 more days in San Fran. We're probably going to do Oahu and Kauaii and we;re going to use Tom Varghese as our TA. Fh was going to email him today.

That is so funny...we are doing the exact same thing! Leaving March 15th and staying 2 nights in San Diego then off to Maui for 7 nights and Kauai for 6 nights - then Vegas on the way home for 2 nights!

I have the BEST travel agent! Her price was several hundred less than others and believe me, I priced out quite a few! FM me and I'll send you her info. I booked my honeymoon, bachelorette party cruise and two family cruises with her for '08! She must love me! LOL

I'm going to Hawaii too.....i figured in the next month or so we'll start looking into it, but I can't wait!!!
I beleive most likely we are going to do 2 days in oahu, 6 days in Maui and 4 in Kauai.

we are doing hawaii too..we are planning 6 nights maui, 5 nights in kauai, and 2 in oahu to do peal harbor...we also want to stop in Nappa Valley or vegas on the way there...

We're going to Hawaii too!!! We want to do Mauii and possibly Kaui. We're thinking of a stop over in San Fran as well but we're probably going to use Delta Sky miles and they don't fly from Hawaii to San Fran, only through LA!

awesome!!! i'm not into the beach or the heat too much.. we're going to Vegas... i heard in february its not too hot there. 10 days in hawaii, wowww!! so how long would you be in the other places for? are you guys taking 2 weeks vacation for the HM? i wish i could do that too

definitely two weeks for honeymoon. especially if you're island hopping or spending time in vegas or california.

OMG we are going to be doing the same thing. except we might do maui and oahu, but we cant stand being on a plane for too long so we figured we would stop in cali for 2 days to break up the traveling a little. what travel agent are u using?

we are doing hawaii-the wedding is in oahu, hawaii so we will be starting in oahu heading to maui and possibly the island of hawaii (the big island)
