Hawaiian Honeymoon question-need your opinions

What do you guys think is a good price for this type of honeymoon?

Round trip air to Maui
Hyatt for 6 nights with breakfast (terrace view)
a jeep wrangler
flight to Oahu
5 nights at the Hyatt with breakfast (mountain view)

Also, people always talk about 'free upgrades' how does that work???

We are about 4K for Maui & Oahu for 10 days. But we are not staying at the Hyatts, they were more $
