HE ACCEPTED OUR OFFER!!!!!

We put in an offer on a house early this evening and we already for a call that the home owner accepted out offer!!!!! FH and I are SO excited and we are freaking out a bit!!!! Now, we just have to get it inspected!!! Wish us luck!!!

Thanks!!! I am praying that there are no problems and everything goes smoothly. I can't handle much more stress!! I know the inspection will be fine because it was inspected already for another couple who couldnt get a mortgage and they lost the house.
