He Did it AGAIN!!! SOMEONE please help with house/crate training

Boomer peed in his crate AGAIN last night....and I was all set to wake up early to take him out. He did it around 4:30am and we walked them around 11:15 last night!!!!

This is SUCH BS because I let him in the bed afterwards and he slept (with no accidents and no waking me up) toll 9:30am. Also, the first 2 nights we had him, he was fine from 10ish till 6:30am!!!

Should his crate be IN our room with us??? Is he doing it because he wants to be in bed with us?

how big is his crate and how big is he? it may be too big for him. he should only have enough room to turn around in it. you may have to put a divider in it.

ditto lolita. if it is baily's crate, you might have a crate that is too big. did you take him to the vet? is there a possibility he just can't hold it and has a bit of a problem?

dont let him drink or eat after 6pm ot 7pm? thats what we did for awhile when layla haveing accidents in the house..

his crate is perfect for his size and he gets a towel in it.

No food or water after 7pm??? isn't that extreme?

hmmmm....... does he just pee and lay in it then?! usually they wont do that.
but then agian, i dont know where he came from. perhaps he had no choice in his last home?!
i wish i could help, its tough.

we picked up charlottes bowls after some time too. she wasn't fazed that she didn't have food or water. she didn't really need it either b/c at that time, she was relaxing. and my il's SWEAR by warren eckstein!!!

lolita: he whines after he does it because he wants out of the crate I guess.....

I will try taking away the water after 7pm to see if that makes a difference.....it's wierd because last night, we walked at 8:40 and he did everything, went to sleep on the couch until I woke him up at 11:15 to go out again when he peed!

aww that sux, i have no idea waht to tell you?!

I have to say I think I would try letting him sleep in your room!
Our puppy was nuts when we would make her sleep in a different room! the whining and barking etc! once we let her in our room, we have not had one problem!
It may be separation anxiety!
