Hey ladies...I was just wondering....our hall is giving us 1/3 off for kids....my question is...are they still counted in our head count? Hope I worded that so that you girls can understand what I'm asking! TIA

At my hall (and I think at all halls) they are not included in your head count. u need to reach your guarantee with adults first and then any remaining kids are half off or 1/3 off depending on your hall. HTH

Thats how its working at our hall, which when we first booked there was some confusion about. But we have to meet min. guarantee with adults and then get the kid price after that

Let me see if I can explain this in a way that it makes sense..
This is the way it is for my hall anyway...
We have to guarantee a certain number of people for our wedding. If we have just that number coming - including the kids - then we have to pay full price for them. BUT if we have enough 'adults' to cover our 'guaranteed number' then we get the discount.
We plan on giving the hall a headcount with the number of adults and the number of children so that there is no confusion.
