head count question

ok well im sure every hall is different but i was just reviewing my guest list and realized that i didnt know who was considered a 'Child' whats the age cut off for your hall?

I get money off for different ages.12-21 and 5-12

My hall considers under 12 a child. But children are not counted in my mininum of 200.

I get 4 kids under the age of 12, and kids under 2 don't get charged either

I think that at my hall kids under 12 pay half and I think kids under 4 pay less....something like that

I need to confirm that also. It think they told me 5 but Im not sure.

but you should check with ur RH if kids are included in the guarantee, many places dont count kids into the guaranteed number so lets say your minimum is 150...it could be 150 including children or 150 children not included...also ask if you can include vendors into the minimum too
