Head Hunters...

Anyone know how I can find a head hunter in NJ? FH needs a new job...we've posted his resume on monter, hotjobs and careerbuilder, but he never seems to get any good calls. He's also submitted his resume through the sites...but nothing has come up. I was thinking a head hunter might be a good route to take. Thanks much.

PS. He work in the sign/display industry...but has experience in project management and purchasing.
