I know how you feel... I get them so much too...

have a drink.. it really does help. I know i sound like a booze junky but a SMALL mixed drink always does the trick for me with the only exception of gin, wine, tequila. Those cause headaches

That is why the older people do a night cap to sleep or to get rid of some tension before bedtime. Just don't do it every night otherwise you might find yourself checking in and out of rehab and shaving your head IoI
