headaches and back pain

Ok so I started physical therapy bc I got into an accident a while back... the massage therapist was telling me I have pinched nerves on my back and my back is extremely tight..... I was telling me about my daily headaches for over 8 weeks now, and he told me that it is prob a result of my back pain..and now that I think of it..... it starteda round the same time.. It hurts to stand and sit at times -I feel like an old lady : I hope I am able to dance and make it thru the wedding ughhhh......FML and idiots who cant drive
