I get them all the time. I called my Dr. and he said Tylenol is fine. I felt really guilty about taking it but he told me it was fine and it helped me! Did you call your Dr.?

I had them in the second trimester for a couple of weeks and then they just went away.

I had more in the first tri and just took Tylenol. A few of them went away on their own too.

I had headaches all thru my 2nd tri. On the most severe days I took tylenol and it helped a great deal. They went away as quickly as they came in my 3rd tri.

I've had one every day for the last 2 weeks... you are not alone. It's horrible... I try not to take tylenol, but sometimes I just have to. I know my doctor told me it's ok to take that, but I try my best to stay away if I can.

Re: headaches Normal in 2nd trimester????

I had unbearable headaches during the 1st trimester and part of the second. They were so bad there were times i cried b/c Tylenol did nothing to help. Finally i went to my dentist and got fitted for a night guard which is a like a mouth piece and it helped 100%. During pregnancy there is extra blood flow to the jaw area and it was causing me to clench my jaw which led to the headaches.
