Headpiece and Veil in....but...
Ok.....so my headpiece and veil came in.......I went to the store to pick them up. I was so excited because I didn't think they would be ready by now. All I can say is thank god I opened the box with my headpiece in the car.
I open it up and i said 'pearls??...this isn't my headpiece'. So i immediately call my aunt and cousin and ask them what it looked like because i could not remember for the life of me but i knew it didn't have pearls....or I thought. They gave me a half A** answer and got all mad at me that I was getting worked up about it.....(I think i'm allowed to have my moment).
Anyways, I bring it back in say its not the one i ordered and the woman looks shocked like she couldn't believe it was wrong. So i look in the case with all the others trying to describe 'my' headpiece. WELL.....i get home....look at my camera that had a picture of it and IT WAS THE ONE....i had just given back saying it wasn't mine. I feel so stupid. Apparently I didn't look at it very well when everyone started placing them on my head and it looked good from a distance and I guess I didn't pay any attention up close....how stupid do i feel now.
Has this happened to anyone??? Not remembering what theirs looked like. I was told that since its new the color is different regarding how shiny it was because I wanted more of a platinum or not so shiny look. So tomorrow I have to go back to pick it up....but i seriously was thinking it was something different....sorry it's so long of a vent.
PS- the Veil looks amazing.....once i have them both i will post pics. lol
