Healing Cuts - This is wedding related

Hey, Ladies! I feel so stupid right now because I was packing up my apartment when I accidentally scratched my left hand against the metal corner of my bed frame, and now I have a 3-inch cut on the top of my left hand. It's not deep, but it was bleeding. My wedding is in 11 days, so I need something that will heal my cut FAST and hopefully prevent scarring, because I want nice pictures of our hands with the rings during our wedding. I'm sorry this seems like such a small matter, but if anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Maderma!!!! It's a little expensive for that kind of stuff but you can get it at CVS. Apply a few times a day, it's better than neosporin, and it's takes the red away, and helps to prevent scarring!!!! I swear by it, good luck.

Thank you!!! Sorry for the stupid question, but do you normally put bandages over it, too?

Also use Shea butter or Coca butter to prevent scarring.

Aloe vera gel might help

To help prevent scarring, cut open Vitamin E capsules and spread the gel on your cut. They sell vitamin E oil, but the gel inside the capsules works better.

I think Mederma and vitamin E are good for after the cut has healed. I still swear by Neosporin, twice a day covered with a bandage. Should be gone in a week, and don't pick!
