Re: healthy snacks?

Go to the store.
Buy pre-cut veggies.
Buy a couple tubs of Sabra hummus (get different flavors)
Buy pretzel rods.
Buy pita and cut into triangles.

There you go.

You can also make spinach or veggie dip with 0% Greek Yogurt and a little low fat mayo. Delicious!!

I use the soup mixes, Knorr I think.

I think my mom mixes frozen (thawed) chopped spinach with the veggie soup mix.

1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix (dry)
16 oz. 0% Greek Yogurt (I use Fage)
1/4-1/2 cup low fat Mayo (do this to taste and add if needed)
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed, drained

Mix soup with yogurt and mayo. Add spinach. Chill for at least 2-3 hours.

I love that dip. You can also use sour cream instead of the yogurt.

It's awesome with pumpernickel bread!
