It sounds like you are having a kind of panic attack. Listen a weddingf is not about your favors, or programs and its not even about your ring. You are marrying the man of your dreams and thats what matters. The whole room may collapse one hour before your wedding You simply cant plan for everything. Everything will be fine and it will be beautiful. Dont think about it anymore get your a$$ in a bathtub and make some tea!!

really need to relax, wedding is not about perfection...although it may seem that way on these thread lol its about all the love that will surround you that day, trust me i have been to some not so perfect weddings...were the flowers were practically dead, the favors were cheap...but the love the couple had for one another made me teary-eyed. Just be happy and thankful... everything will work out... one step at a time!! feel better...
i think you just feel overwhelemed with everything!

You are going to have a beautiful wedding, the wedding of your dreams. Just do not second guess yourself. luvabul is so right, the wedding is about the love you have for one another, not about the favors or the flowers.........hang in there, what you are feeling is totally normal.

All of this planning can make anyone feel overwhelmed!!! I can relate. It is OK and completely normal - when in life does anyone focus soooooo much on one day and an event that last a couple of hours?
The fact that you and your FH are getting married will be the most important part of the day!!!! And it will be wonderful and very meaningful -- hang in there!!!!!

everything will be OK........ There are reasons why you picked you have picked already.....just remember that! You're always going to see different ideas thoughout your wedding process. That's what happens when you're on a message board. But that doesn't mean you should second guess your decisions that have already been made.........
Your wedding will be beautiful! Just relax and take it day by day

There is just so much involved and so many people involved. Everyone will have an amazing time and all of your hard work will totally pay off! Take a day off from your planning, maybe you just need a breather!!!

Re: Hear racing.. tears flowing... (kinda of long)
I think every single one of us at some point posts something simillar to this. I am getting married in April and you are in May. So what I suggest is that you sit down with a pen and paper and decide on which great ideas that you want to have. Then look at the list and see what you can change or add. Being calm is the key. When I saw my 6 month mark I did a little panicking too. FH dosent do diddly squat and I do everything.....I preferre it that way though! So just relax and kick back and you will be fine. We are all here for you if you need anything!
edit: By the way, I hate my wedding band. It looks like a freakin' Easter egg! No joke! Now I have to find a new place to get all the diamonds reset. It's a PITA but i'm not into wearing an egg for the rest of my life!

Honestly, I wouldn't even worry about the details. Yes we all want the perfect wedding day-but it's okay if we don't get it.
The point of a wedding is to get married-that's it. As long as you are marrying the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, then everything else will fall into place.
Hang in there.

im sure everything you have is beautiful!!! you know the saying...you always want what you cant have...even if you changed everything you have now to something you think is 'better' once you have that youll see different things and want to change again. so i say stick with what you orignally had unless you absolutely dont like it im sure all your things are great and you will have an amazing day!

Don't worry! I can totally identify with you! I second guess every decision I have made. Just the other day I decided I didn't like my date or my hall and wanted to change everything. Then I calmed down and was fine. I think it's just nerves and the pressure to have a perfect wedding that we put on ourselves. I'm sure every decision you have made is great and if you are truly uncomfortable with any one of them, change it. Who cares? Do what will make you happy!

I think it does happen to at least the majority of us. I was even second guessing my photographer and my hall as well. I think as we get closer and closer things start messing with our brains. lol:
I decided to take the approach that what is done is done. Everything will NOT be perfect and we must accept that.
BREATHE, BREATHE...

Dont worry, just relax. Every bride has a few days like this. Just have to take a step back and breathe. I had some days where I was ready to say 'I done and the wedding is off' but it will get better

I agreee. you need to breath!!!! You'r probably feeling the early stages of anxiety!!!! I know all about it. You just need to sit down, breathe, and tell yourself that everything is goign to be perfect.

and let me just say i had the hardest time picking out a band that would go with the setting I got. I'm not totally sold on the idea yet, but when i go to purchase it in a fewmonths, hopefully i'll like. Don't feel too bad. I'm sure it looks beautiful.

Deep breath!
Your wedding day is going to be WONDERFUL and BEAUTIFUL! We all second guess ourselves, especially over important decisions, but I'm SURE your choices were all beautiful.
No wedding is flawless, but just stay focused on the idea that you're marrying the man of your dreams, and that is all that really matters.
