heart broken (domestic violence )

a 21 yr. old young lady named nikki, who was 5 mos. pregnant and had a 2 yr. old little girl mikaylah, was found dead three days ago, nikki was subjected to domestic violence, felt trapped and thought she had no where to turn, her husbands mother defended her sons actions, tomorrow i will be going to the funeral, i have been crying since this happened, i am not going to tell you my relationship or any other personal info, i just want to let you girls know where domestic violence ends. i also ask for many prayers for mikaylah, who has been crying for her mommy, , i know first hand the power of prayer, so i am asking for some now. there is so much going on with all this that i wish i could share but at this time i am unable to. but i really needed to vent, thanks for reading.

i just wish nikki would have realized how many of us loved her and would have helped, and there is other options out there for help, but guilt and shame took over, she was very bright and attending school to be and optometrist. i cant type no more i cant see.

I am so sorry to hear this and that this awful reality hit so close to home.

I can only hope that her little girl will be taken away from this man and his family to be raised by loving people. And that while no justice is enough for someone who commit such a horrible crime -- I hope that he is not going free.
