Anyone going to the Heart & Soul (Franklin Wayne) showcase tonight at Crest Hollow? Anyone go to the one last night (had Vision and another FW band I think).

If you haven't seen them, go to a showcase! We had them for our wedding...they are awesome!

I second this. They played our wedding and were excellent! The dancefloor was packed the entire night.

Yay!! We went tonight and we booked them on the spot! They are awesome. We added Jill (apparently she doesn't showcase and is an option now to add to the normal 8 pieces), so now they are 9 pieces. Gennessa was amazing in person, which was a little surprising since I didn't think she sounded that great on the website. We are totally excited...we saw an embarrassingly high number of halls (seriously, more than anyone I've ever heard of) but actually booked the first band we saw!
Roxanne, I can't believe we are RH and band twins! I am so going to be bugging you for info!

Yeah, it was a little shady, b/c they are listed as 9 on the website too. But in fairness, they did say 8 pieces (they just didn't specifty that is was Jill who was missing), when they quoted us over the phone last week. FH (the negotiator) got them down to $300 more from the $500 they originally quoted, plus an extra 1/2 of music at the cocktail hour since we are adding 30 minutes and haivng a 90 minute cocktail hour.
