heat still broken

I posted the other night about having no heat and having to sit in the kitchen with a boiling pot of water to keep warm....

well tonight i'm the marshmallow man... two pairs of sweat pants... three pairs of socks (pants tucked into them).... three sweatshirts..... a pink house robe... and a black scarf....

P.S. water's still boiling

I live in a house... we called someone to come look at the heat because it isnt working and he hasn't come yet.... hopefully tomorrow!! If not, i'm calling someone else!!!

oh no. you should def call someone else as a back up.

yes you need to call someone asap!!!! like i said last time, open the oven and turn it on....

I know... but there's a bunch of pots and pans in there and i'm too lazy to taken them all out.... lol.... for now i'm ok with all the layers.... not too pretty though lol

omg that STINKS!
my father refuses to turn the heat on... we have a wood burning stove in the dining room (attached to the living room) so those two rooms are 'warm' my bedroom is an ICEBOX and so is the hair/computer room... my poor ferret freezes all day!

and at work ( ) the heater broke LAST YEAR and they don't want to pay to replace it! so no heat at work... and i HATE THE COLD!!!!


if you're close, head to the christmas tree shoppe in deer park, if you go to the travel toiletries area they have these heating things for back pain. I used one and was sweating!
they're about $1.00 each (i think) you put it outside your shirt (i had mine on my back) and just wait... it'll warm you up!

OMG i'm in the exact same situation!! we've been without heat for almost a week! my dad just happens to be in Italy right now (everything breaks when hes gone) and we called someone to look at the boiler and they said they have to replace a part. ok fine. they call the next day saying they need more time because its an old model and they are having trouble finding the piece.
so i called them yesterday and told them to just replace the whole unit (since it really is old) because we can't wait any longer! I look like a homeless person also! im sitting on the couch with a tshirt, long sleeves, hoodie, fleece pants knee high tube socks, uggs, an electric heated pillow, hot water bottle, and a fleece blanket. FML!

omg!!!im freezingggggggg at work,,,, ugh i cant wait to go home... but i never use my heat lol... i love when its cold.., my down comfy is my fav friend lol

awww that scuks!! the heat at my job hasnt really been working so thats how i feel at work.
