Okay I know somone posted on here about this florist is Howard Beach and she was going to ask them if they would waive the consult fee for us LIW brides but I can't find the post and I don't remember who it was...

I spoek to her,a nd gave her my ideas on the phone, the number of CP's, boks etc..and her ballpark price was insane...I wouldn't waste the $75

Paying for a sample is one thing. Paying just to talk to someone is another. Could you imagine having to pay consult fees for every florist or worse every vendor you meet? They should want your business and act accordingly!
