Does anyone know where I can find a cute pair of wedding heels that dont require me to be certified in stilt walking? Maybe around 2-2.5 inches.

Lol..I too will only wear this size heel...I've seen really modest heels on dsw wedding selection and zappos...but I'm getting wedding boots and luckily they aren't high!...I believe myglassslipper.com has lower heels also

Angela Nuran has a reputation for making really comfortable heels. She has some options between 2 - 2.5 inches. I wanted to buy a pair, but a lot of her styles are strappy/too open for my March wedding. They would be perfect for July though!

DSW definitely has shoes with low heel. I was actually there last night. Not sure if they have the same shoes at all their locations. But I went to the one in Carle Place. Also, you can try zappos with def. has them or endless.com, plus they have free fast shipping and free return shipping. If all else fails, try Macys. That my answer for everyhing. Hope this helps! Good Luck!

Zappos is my ultimate favorite place for shoes. It lets you search according to brand, style, color, size (including wide and narrow), heel height, etc. Free shipping both ways which means if you order by (I believe it's) 5pm one day, you get your shoes the NEXT day and can try them on. If you don't like them you have up to 365 days to return them. Shortly after I got engaged I order a pair of shoes from Zappos, great fit, kinda high but I like that, they were basically everything I thought I wanted. They were definitely an impulse buy. After some time now I've realized I want something a bit different, not as party girl, a bit more bridal. I'll be sending them back this week so I can order the pair I really want. I've been purchasing from Zappos for years and have never had a problem. Their customer service is exceptional! Hope this helps.

I've heard good things about Sandy's Shoes in Massapequa Park - I plan on visiting there myself.

Re: Heels

I am looking for a low heeled shoe for my wedding also but I've looked all over and haven't really found anything I really love yet. I want colored shoes, either purple, cobalt blue or dark teal with bling! I'm thinking of dying a pair of low heeled ones and maybe finding somewhere to add the bling. I found a shoe on Etsy I loved (if it heel were a lil lower) but the price is way more than I want to spend. Here is the link for the shoe: CLICK ME

Jassy - I love these shoes! Have you thought about making them yourself? Not the shoe themselves, but the rhinestones and peacock feather?

I found very affordable cute purple shoes at DSW and I am planning to add rhinestone in the middle of the bow. Here are my wedding shoes: My Wedding Shoes

I'm also planning to buy white platform sandals to change into at the reception so I don't ruin my dress with flats.

Sandy in Massapequa has a great selection! I got short heels that are super comfy there. (It was tough to not choose the super blingy ones but I went for sensible over trebdy)

Thanks! I love them! I actually thought about doing it myself but I don't know if I'd do a good job. Especially since its a lot of bling on that shoe. Prob something I need to research.

I also came across a shoe clip I love that I might want to get but I am really stuck on the other shoes.

Your shoes are gorgeous! The rhinestone will be a perfect touch!
